biography

Jamie was born just outside London, England but grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in beautiful Bedford, Va. He attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and received his BA in Theatre from Lynchburg College in Virginia.

On stage, Jamie has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The NY Comedy Club and The Improv (NYC). Off-Broadway: Anatomy of Woman. Favorite regional credits include The Credeaux Canvas (Winston), A Tuna Christmas (Arles, et al.), The Nerd (Rick), Oklahoma! (Will Parker) and Caine Mutiny Court Martial (Lt. Greenwald). Film and television credits include One Life to Live, As the World Turns, Stephen King’s Hearts in Atlantis, and Mission Idiot.

Most recently, Jamie has been performing stand-up comedy in and around New York City & Philadelphia. Check the what’s happenin’ page for up-to-date information on upcoming gigs.

As a director, Jamie’s regional credits include Always… Patsy Cline, Crimes of the Heart and Asleep on the Wind. In New York City, he directed Inside the Outside; or The Mobius Trip, Planted and the workshop and first production of Stranger (Best Director nomination), which also marked his debut as a playwright.
